  • Pre-orders require production prior to shipment and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Please allow 4–6 weeks to receive your tracking number (excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • Pre-orders do not follow standard processing or shipping timelines due to high seasonal volume and production requirements.

3. Shipping

  • Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and product availability.
  • Once tracking is provided, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • OAM95 does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for standard or pre-order items.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@oam95.com and may be eligible for replacement only, at OAM95’s discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • OAM95 is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by law.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
